I’m Catalina, a student, storyteller, and the founder of Construindo Mosaicos, a project born from my belief that learning should be creative, interactive, and inclusive

Growing up, I was always drawn to projects where imagination met collaboration. Whether it was designing a game to explain a concept or finding a new way to make lessons stick, I realized that education could be transformed when approached as a mosaic, made up of diverse ideas, voices, and methods that together create something much greater than the sum of its parts.

In 2024, I decided to turn this passion into action by founding Construindo Mosaicos, a student-led club where peers, children, and teens engage in learning through art, play, and teamwork. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of designing interactive workshops, leading creative projects, and seeing firsthand how curiosity thrives when given the right space. What started as a small idea has grown into a movement that combines leadership, innovation, and community impact.

Education isn’t my only interest, I’m also deeply passionate about entrepreneurship, communication, and cultural exchange. From international competitions to summer programs at global universities, I’ve sought out opportunities that challenge me to connect ideas across disciplines and borders. These experiences continue to inspire the direction of Construindo Mosaicos and my own academic journey.

Above all, I see myself as someone who builds bridges, between subjects, between people, and between possibilities. Construindo Mosaicos is not just a club, it’s a reflection of how I want to approach the world: with creativity, collaboration, and a commitment to making learning an adventure.
